My car's shaking...

Why are you so worried about the chassis ?
Did you hit anything hard while you were having fun?
Oh yeah... Clean your undercarraige if your going back to the dealer with your problem. If they see chunks of snow in the chassis, they'll tell you you were off-roading and charge you to re-balance and another alignment.

Off roading? Heh, during the winter that's all i can do is off road, they usually wait a few days before they plow my road, it's nuts. I guess I was worried about the chassis because of all the torque, I watched the fast and the furious one too many times. "She had so much torque the chassis twisted off the line." Vin Diesel.
I had a similar problem on my last car. I threw a weight on one of my rims. ( I had the stick on ones, not the clip on ones) Who would of thought a little weight like that could cause such severe vibrations. The greater the speed the worse it got.
I had all my tires rebalanced, including the one with the missing weight, and problem solved. I hope that is the cause for you, or something more expensive may be in your future.

i know what it is for sure...if you didn't hit anything. 2 ways to fix it...
1: get something small and clean out the snow from your rims....all over inside and the outside...including ice.
2: go to a high pressure sprayer $1.50-$2.00 and do the same by spraying the water in the wheel.

Snow build up in the wheel wells should be the cause. Happens to me almost everytime I do donuts in deepish snow. Go to a car wash and pressure spray the snow and ice build up around your wheels.
Dave has it right. Snow/ice in the wheel, not the wheel well. Mine did the same thing after driving around in 12" deep snow yesterday. I kicked most of it off, and heated the brakes up (which in turn heats the wheels up) and it all came out. Before that, there was a nasty vibration above 40 mph.

yes...its the wheels not the wheel wells....that willl only cause noise. Its the wheels themselves...easiest way to get it out is a high pressure washer at a car wash...$2.00 later your car doesn't bounce down the road...done it many times.

just messin man
Just came off the highway for the first time after our 18" snow storm. Car vibrated like a mother over 55. Looking at the wheels and the undercarriage, tons of ice and snow. Gotta be the ice and snow on the wheels throwing them out of balance. I didn't even drive though the snow much, just the drifts buried my car!
