Mystery button on US Evo pic
Just wanted to get an idea of what everyone thinks, the mystery button on this picture is. It was briefly discussed in another thread but I think we should seriously take it into consideration since this issue has the potential to be of a great importance to everyone.
*Personally*
I'm not going to get my hopes up BUT that button configuration is the EXACT same as on the VII except reversed side wise. Potentially could be ACD... could also be something completely different.
BTW Props to Fireball for the pic, sorry I ripped it off from your post Thnx Fireball!!!

tpm17 mitsu has gone to considerable lengths to keep that information secret. I don't think anyone who test drove it and released the info would be allowed to keep their livelyhood All we can do is speculate on it... which is why I started the thread in the first place.

Ok, answers here, from A JDM EVO 7:
- Intercooler water spray button: by the e-brake handle
- Rear fog light: left button on the bottom of the dash.
- Headlight height level switch: right button right next to the fog light button.
- ACD button: extreme left of dashboard, above left vent.
- mirrors adjustment button: just right of the ACD button.
Happy ?

well, anybody else notice that the picture is taken at just the right angle where the steerign wheel covers the acd display on the tach? coincidence?? I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but the signs point to a last minute inclusion of ACD, or something like it. I guess we'll just have to wait.. but the guy who wrote about the thailand evo test said it handles better than the E7. that bodes well, acd or not.

Depends, also, if this is the USDM market version, and what not. Who the hell knows? Just got less than a month to wait and find out for yourself...

Is it feasable that the button in question could be a blank for now as Mitsu has or someone has hinted at the ACD being a future option. My guess is a car company would not like to have to redesign the dash to include the button for it later on.
