i dont think that includes the recirc kit
but its possible... most of the kits dont, its a seperate part thats like $40

It really dosn't it say it on the description. He might not know about Evos needing Recirculation. And retail box dosn't come with one either, it's sperate.

If you're buying new, then why not buy from EvoM vendors? They can probably price match, and is a lot more reputable.
