dyno'd my MR today

dyno'd my MR today

Well I went to Mach V's dyno day and was able to get a spot (early bird). Well I have a 05 MR with a full turbo back exhaust and boost controller set at 19psi. My best #'s were

WHP- 265.16 and torque - 255.69

on a AWD dynojet

I know thats not anything great but I feel its about average

what do you guys think

(I will post the graph when Dan email's it to me) I dont have a scanner so I cant scan the print out in.

Also I am running very rich still (safe) but if I lean it out a little bit in some spots I think I could gain 10 or more HP

yeh that s nothing great, but not bad either, i think you should put the boost up to 20-21psi, stock the 05's run 20psi. u might want to put a fuel pump too

Wow, great numbers. I put down 265 AWHP on my baseline run but that was on a Mustang I believe. From what I understand, the Dynojet reads a little lower right?

I have a fuel pump sitting in my garage, I just need to get off my butt and install it, when I tried setting the boost any higher it would creep and hit fuel cut.

I figured I would play it safe on the dyno and turn it down a bit. I just wanted to see if my motor was in decent shape. With the #'s I got I am pretty happy everything considered

I have a xede system in the mail on the way to my house, and I'm gonna get it tunned by shiv on april 2nd

I also am getting cams and gears next week...So i should be in the 300hp #'s very soon

sorry dont have a sound clip but it is very loud, not as loud as the helix but pretty damn loud. the fit of the muffler looking from behind the car is perfect (couldnt get any better) but if you look under the car the mid pipe hangs down very low, the down pipe does however clear the tie bars so thats a plus.

seems like good #'s.you should have AL flash your MR.i bet he could get you close to 300whp with just your mbc,and tb.

nope 93 octane...I dont know how pure the gas is though... I went to sheets ( a low price gas station here on the east coast)
