just curious if anyone has this?
the one i mentioned that qtp is making is a single unit... it's a downpipe made to their specs with the cutout already welded up to it and a high-flow cat... if you'd buy this downpipe setup from qtp, that's all you'd need... when you'd want all out performance, flip the switch, and you're wide open... basically running open downpipe...
that's all you'd need... you can leave the rest of your stock exhaust on there to give that stealth-effect (hessians won't know what hit them, the fuzz will think they're hearing things, and you can actually carry on a decent conversation while driving when you want to...)
just check out the article on their site, the one i linked to in my other post, and it'll help clear up some questions of yours, and it's not a smoke and mirrors that they're trying to pull off, it actually does what they claim, and i've witnessed this stuff first hand...

cut outs have been around forever... but the pain was you had to jack the car up, and loosen 3 wing nuts to remove the plate... this is much better since you don't need to go through that pita process... you have power on demand with a flip of the switch... the vacuum assisted one is a novel idea as well but it takes a lil' longer to open due to it having to see a proper psi till it'll begin to open...
