Bridgewater Acura = worst dealership

Atleast for me. I found my evo on Autotrader, called them up. They were very eager to deal with me. I got them down to 23,500. I asked the dealer to run financing for me. 72 months, I didn't want to go over 6.9% APR. He calls me back, saying that he got me 72 months at 7.03%. I said that it was fine.

I drive to New Jersey to pick up the car, test drive it, it's beautiful, runs great. I start signing my paperwork, and they had me down for 60 months.....at this point I ask them to change it, and they inform me that the bank only does 60 months tops. The dealer claims the bank "made a mistake" sounds more like bait and switch to me.

I decided that I'll just refinance it with my own bank later (which I had already been approved with anyway). I go to leave and ask for the 2nd set of keys, they tell me there is no second set. I get pissed and just basically leave.

While driving the 100 miles back to my house, the brakes are f'ing horrible, they jutter like a ****. I call them about it, and also told them I had contacted Mitsubishi about getting keys and they quoted me at over 200 dollars, I asked them since they screwed up my financing to atleast cover the set of keys, to which they eventually agreed. About the brakes however, they told me to first go to a mitsubishi dealer to see if the car's warrantee would cover it. Thankfully, it did.

Days go by, and my 20 day temp tag that they gave me is getting near it's end. I call bridgewater to ask them why my registration isnt here yet, and they tell me that Pennsylvania is slow and that's why, also they told me that they found a second set of keys for my car (wow, now that they have to pay for them they actually find some....big coincidence eh?)

Well, my registration expired yesterday. I called PennDOT this morning, and not to my suprise, they have no record of my vehicle what so ever. They also told me that it should only take them 10 days to get my information, and another 23 to process it, but they had no record of it at all. I'm guessing another mistake by this great dealership =x

Sorry to give such a long rant, but they apparently try to appeal to the import tuner scene (they had a couple subies, evo, nsx, etc)

Bridgewater Acura sucks end rant.
