Just got these Philip bulbs for $40. The CrystalVision bulbs have blue lense but the ones you see in the box are the factory Evo ones. The fourth picture you see is with flash so you can compare it with the rest. These Philip bulbs have a 6 month warranty on them. The good thing is they installed it for me and if I didnt like them I didnt have to buy it. They didnt mind opening a brand new box for me, I guess they wanted to make a sale. 
I made them try out 3 diff bulbs to try out before I ended up with this one because when turned on you couldnt see the blue film color like it was fading.

From the pics.. It still has the yellowish tone to it. Is it brighter than the stock ones? Not worth changing out if the output is generally the same. If they make the Lexus yellow type bulb... maybe it's worth it.
For sure they are not yellowish, they are white. It looks a bit yellowish because the Zenons are bluish and are much nicer If you look at the close up shot they are white. I couldnt find the Lexus yellows so I just went with these.
