The si is cheap to own and maintain, I think the high cost of maintaining the evo may be a negative factor in its resale value, in addition to mitsubishi's worsening reputation.

we're talking about slope people not aggregate price.the only evo with a chance of holding value is a totally stock MR with less than 1000 miles on it. collectors buy stock hardly driven cars in PURE stock form. nothing else will do unless you're at the Barrett Jackson auctions...
No it doesn't. I went to the bank for a motorcycle loan. I secured it with my car. That price they gave me as an asset value was $19xxx. That's TERRIBLE considering I bought the car 19 months ago.
