Not sure if this is the right forum. I'm just wondering if the stock Evo HU will fit in another vehicle (non evo). Reason is I bought another HU an my mom needs a CD player in her car. To try and kill 2 birds w/1 stone.

it probably wont unless she has a mitsubishi. the connector is different so you should just get a cheap HU and harness for her car

 

it can work if you are pretty good with wiring i guess.....i dont see why not cuz it doesnt need a special code or anything
