I'm getting a 2005 Weightless White GSR for $28k. Hopefully they won't dick me over on my trade.

You should probably add that this is a 7 year loan. I can't believe you have a 7-year loan, 2 evos with 600+ payments, and still mod/race your cars.

Don't you want your credit to improve?

These numbers are not possible, by the way, unless it's an 11-year loan. I think you're including the total after financing is applied.

Just out of curiousity, how did u end up spending $45K on ur EVO? Also, i think ur interest rate is off by a lot, unless they really screwed u over.

Hey man, you really need to refinance with a credit union or something. I'm going to do the same and with mitsu I'm at 5.25%. Credit union is promising me 3.75%

Are we to assume you got full value for your trade-in? Depending on the car, trade-in value is far below private party value, which is what you could get when selling to an individual.
Warrtalon,

I got the car for $28,000 plus tax and lic. then I asked about my trade in. I never told them I was going to trade it in. If you check in your area or actually in my area there is only one dealer that has more then 10 evo's in stock. That is why I went to that dealer. I know one of the sales guys who went to bat for me also.

Doesn't matter what I got for a trade in. They did not want to do the trade. They explained the "hold back" process and advertising incentives they get to me. At that point I knew I had a good deal.

my credit will improve by making my '03 payment. i'm not on the '05's loan. if you do the math take my pymts x 60 & tell me what you get. that pymt does include interest. also the ? in the orig post asked what we paid TOTAL out the door including financing. both loans are 60 month & my credit still has another car loan on it unpaid (98 talon that was crashed w/out gap coverage) hence the higher rate on the '03.
