Defi BF Series Gauges Help

So I just installed boost/oil pressure/oil temp defi BF gauges, they look awesome and work fine, for the most part.

The problem I'm having is with the warning levels of each gauge. From the factory they are set too low and I need to move them up/down, I read the manual and found howto do this and it works, until I turn my car off and then it seems they reset back to the factory settings. Can anyone think of anything I should check for as to why they are doing this? Thanks.

i have no clue how those install, but since they are electronic, there has to be a power source.....with that in mind, is there a continuous power hookup, or does the brain unit have a battery backup? if it has a battery, check to see if it is dead

There's 4 wires that hookup from the brain unit.

Red : Batter - to 12V battery wire
Orange : IGN - To 12V wire when ignition on
White : Illumination - To 12V wire when small lamp is on
Black : GND - Ground

ok, check to make sure your orange and red wires dont need to be swapped....for some reason you are losing all power when the car is cut off.....make SURE whichever wire you spliced the red wire with has a constant 12v source....

Yeah it sounds like your constant 12v is not right. Where did you hook it to?

oops..meant 0 when the gauge is turned off..regular vacuum at idle. As far as the boost level, I've had 3 different gauges on it, including these defi gauges, all have read the same readings, the boost gauge is dead on.

gotcha..the gauge I had on before the defi was reading 19-20psi. And that's what the defi is reading in bars.
