yeah I did it with mine... Wrap it up really nice- recline the passenger seat and go from passenger front to rear driver side... Fits easy.

Yeah the exhaust will fit fine. I had my new aftermarket exhaust in the boxes in my car with no issues. And the boxes they come in are HUGE!!
