hks 280's cam gear setting

hey whats up guys, i'm getting the hks 280 cams, fidanza cam gears, and arp head studs installed at AMS on thursday, and i was wondering which cam gear setting yeilds the most power?

I'm pretty sure that AMS will know exactly what to set your gears at, listen to what they have to say as they know their ****.

lots of people just run the stock cam gears and run those cams straight up and some run it +2,0
but theyll know what to set it at
