'04 VIII in silver, '05 in black, or '05 MR?

So, I stopped by the dealership today, and they have an '04 silver VIII sitting on the lot that they want to sell....the thing is, I want the MR in graphite grey. If not the MR, then the VIII in black. So, here's where you guys come in...help me pick!!

2004 Evo VIII in Silver with sun, sound and leather for slightly less than $31411

2005 Evo VIII in Black with sun, sound, and leather for around $34000

2005 Evi VIII MR in Grey for $36480

What do I pick! The good deal? the color I want? or the model I want?

What's the difference between the '04 and '05 models?

I think I've decided that for myself as well....no reason to shortchange myself, might as well get the car that I really want.

you should be able to get 8 with SSL for less than $32K... But if you can afford it go for MR .... Thats what I would do if I had more $, but damn NY Tax paid close to $3k just in taxes for my 8 ... Didn't they tax me when I got my paycheck ????? WTF

Unless your goal is to keep the car bone stock I would buy used 36K for any car like a EVO/STI is crazy. If you plan to put any mods on it I would buy used for 24-27K, but good luck and you won't be disappointed in any of them.

You should get an 05. Now if I were you I would get one without the leather, sun and sound. You don't need all that and you'll save some money that you can use for mods.
