Buy at 8 SSL or hold out for the 9??
I can get one this weekend 
or should I hold out for the 9.
What would you guys do. Both look great to me but they say the 9's cam timing extends the range of power and puts it down much better. Not getting a MR so 5spd on both?

Oh ya brand new about 500 over invoice with SSL Silver or Black I had a 03 in black thinking of Sliver this time around. But is the 9 Better I'm sure I can do close to 500 over invoice when they come out I'll just go back to the dealer that sold me my 03 they will work with.

Maybe 6-9 months after they are released, but not anytime soon. Why would you only be able to get 500 over invoice on a model that's been out for 9 months and that is about to be replaced by a brand new version, yet be able to do the same on a brand new version right when it releases?

Put it this way I can get a 9 for 500 over when they come out. Done The question is it worth the wait over the 8?

well the 9 is going to be same as the MR right now, minus the MIVEC.... i would rather just buy the MR right now cuz u know the 9 is going to have a huge markup.... is money an object for u?
Man, that is quite a dilemma......i really like the EVO with the SSL package, but then again the 9 looks sweet as hell! If u can wait, then go for the 9, but if u feel the need, definitely stick with the 8. I'm a really impatient person so i would go with the SSL 8! You'll be happy with whatever u choose!

If you can 100% get a IX for 500 over invoice, then why are you even asking this question? It would make no sense to pay basically the same price for an older model that has been on the market for 9 months already with a newer version on the way...the IX is only supposed to be $500 more than the VIII. Plus, wherever you can get a IX for $500 over invoice, you should be able to get an VIII for 2k UNDER invoice. You may believe you can get such a great deal on the IX, but I don't believe it one bit...

I say it may be better for you to wait, only because I feel that if you bought the VIII you may regret and always wonder if you should have waited for the IX. My point is that you seem to want the IX more, but your getting alittle impatient. If you get the VIII, be happy with it, it's a very sweet car, don't even test drive or pay attention to the IX, cuz it will just play mind games with you.
