Friend saw this evo at a chicago car show, just wondering...

Don't u think the STI's engine bay looks better?

 

I saw one of those weapon r dampers in person. There was more slack in the heim joints and pass through bolts than I'd consider fitting given it's purpose. Goooooo weapon R!!!

Off Topic...The bracket on that Weapon R damper will soon wear through the A/C line
I have seen this happen a few times....Bad design IMO

 

He needs to flip the bracket that holds the AC line upside down. Also, the dampener should attach underneath the bracket on the strut, not on top. How do I know? There's one on my car

Oh yeah, I like it and it works. I will not be surprised if it breaks, though. I'll just send it back in. It's not like taking off a cracked SS Autochrome mani.
