The Evolution VIII has only a few styles of tail lights including OEM, VII style, MR and smoked. Has anyone modified there tail lights to make them more "stylish?" Also some European car tuners modify there tail lamps to make them look very nice is anyone familiar on how this is done?

there are people who paint the reflective part of it the same color as the car. personally i think it looks like crap, but you might like it

 

Do a search for evodave. He mods evo tail lights for lots of ppl on this board.

I really do not like the OEM style tail lights and I really like the VII style I have not seen the body matched style though. Has anyone seen a set of tail lamps on an Evo that resemble the tails on BMW's that are half red and half clear this is popular with VW's I think it would look good if done right.
