I have to give him thumbs up. Al received my ECU today around 3~4PM and he already sent it back to me. I called him over 7 times this week and every time he answered the phone and was very helpful. His customer service is top notch.

I have to agree. I have seen Al in person at 2 different Dyno days and was witness to his great customer service. And every person I have spoken to with his Flash have all said they have been able to reach him everytime they have called. The thing I like about Al is he doesn't beat around the bush he tells you like it is which I respect.

 

Good to hear you enjoyed your flash. I wish some of the local pittsburgh guys would post they are absolutely in love with what al can do to their cars with very little mods, and love the way he carries himself. Keep the work up Al. Pittsburgh is wanting you again al!

Could someone please give me the Reader's Digest condensed version of why Az3ar has such a dramatic change of heart w/ regards to Dynoflash?

I recall in previous posts he was NOT so high on Dynoflash.

Just curious how his problem was resolved. It's always nice to see the positive comments - just a little weird coming from Az3ar esp. with all the history. Thanks!

Al's a good guy. A little rough around the edges sometimes but that's the East coast attitude.

He's always been helpful for me.
