No way! I would sell my EVO before I did that. What is the point in having a fast car if you can't ever drive it fast. You wouldn't even be allowed to take it to the track then either! That sucks...

This is another stupid idea. I bet the creators of the program and product speed themselves. I mean like everyone speeds whether it's 1 mph over the limit to 20 mph over the limit.

Over here people seem to be driving more and more aggressively. Lookout the "ME" generation has hit the streets.
Sure, it's voluntary today. But tomorrow...? Incrementalism is the key to eventual full implemenation. Get the people to buy into something gradually. Acceptance will follow. I'm sorry, but I see something insidious lurking behind this one.

I would have been droped the first day.... scratch that, the first hour after it being installed.

A young driver doing the speed limit just means they don't hit as hard when they crash.... and anything over 40 mph is a pretty dang seriouse crash, so even with all the little boys forced to do the limit I don't expect death rates to drop much in GB from this.

If GB (or the US for that matter) goes to the drivers training program used in Germany accident rates over all, and death rates as well will drop sharply. Germany has the most intensive drivers training courses in the world... and it shows in the low accident rate and low death rate on German highways.
