I am opting for the hotchkis rear bar because of understeer. Tire pressures effect slip angle and should be used as subtle adjustments for handling. You will find different tires like slightly different pressures. As spoken previously increasing rear pressure will decrease oversteer unless you are talking extreme overpressure which of course would effect tire contact patch.
