i wash my car at least once a week if not two or three times. the wheels are the biggest pita ever. break dust is awful. i spend just as much time on the wheels if not more than washing the car itself. i can only imagine how much worse it would be with the bbs

That looks nice, Joe. Did you paint or powdercoat those? Do it yourself, or have it done by a shop..? If you could let me know a little, I would really appreciate it. I started a thread / did some research on this a while back, but I never ended up doing it. I personally know a few people who have powdercoated, but I've also heard it can make your wheels weaker so you shouldn't do it. Anyways, if you could just let me know what you did, I'd love to hear it.

You may have damaged your wheels, but not to badly, you need to clean them again to get the chemicals off it then just use some wax on them. If you wax your wheels it will make them easier to clean in the future as well.
I've used mothers mag polish on a few things, mainly because nothing else will get the stain off( so I take a little layer of clear off), such as black stuff from the exhaust, just use it carefully and clean it all of and apply wax.

I just use soap and water and a soft bristled brush to clean mine.

Nothing yet so far. They still look great. If it was up to me I would have cleared them like twice as much for the added protection although I don't have chips or rashes yet so I must be doing something right.

If you guys hate cleaning your wheels every day I would suggest getting rid of the OEM pads for some Project Mu NS pad. I have them and haven't washed my car since last Sat. and my Volk still look as bronze as they did the day I washed them.
