with just the adition of an intake and excaust, what is the most I can turn up the boost (with a boost controller) can the stock Evo MR handle?

20.3 at 3500, and 17 at 6500 is stock (according to Mitsu's website)

what can I turn it up to , without damaging the car.. on 93 or 94 Octain.

CAN I turn it up? if not, what do I need to upgrade to get more out of it.

21-22psi on 93 octane, however get your fuel and timing optimized with a flash and buy a fuel pump. www.ttp-engineering.com has a nice set of ECU reflashes for the MR. I have hit 32.5psi on the stock turbo with a custom flash on stock injectors, no knock.

 

The turbo can't be efficent pass 26 psi(can it), why the hell would you want 32.5 psi.

 

just run 20-21. anything higher that than without alky will result in reliability issues..
