Getting your evo8 plated.

Well I bit the bullet today and went and got my plates for the evo. I walked right in talked with the lady, 1 hour latter and 3 phone calls to the capital I got my plates. It seems the car is so new they dont have all the imfo. on it and needed to do some research.

I did this because Im wanting to get my windows tinted this week, And didnt want the intransits on the tint.

So a heads up to the evo owners, you might be in the dmv for a while, and have to explain to them its NOT a Lancer, its and EVo, a brand new car!!!!!!!

O well I kissed about $2300 away today!

Um, for the record, if they insist it IS a Lancer, then don't argue. In states that have excise tax you will be MUCH better off if it IS a Lancer

I try to do everything in an honest way......

The DMV was really confused thou.

Nothing like spending an hour at the dmv, especailly when there are only 4 other customers there!!!!!!
