What should I do

Well the other week i took my evo to get the alignment done and picked it up from Big 10 tires in Panama City FL and noticed that it was still kind of off. So i wake up the next day and I noticed that my Calipers are scratched bad on the outside in a circular motion and are identical on both calipers. i take it to Big 10 and tell them that i brung my car in with no scratches on the calipers and next day i notice scratches and gouges on my calipers what have they done. Well they give me s*** saying there is no way that there machine could have done it and that something got stuck in between both of my rims and scratch them. I talked to the district manager and they took my tires off and nothing was scraped on my rims so nothing got stuck there. He told me that i shouldn just forget about it and dont bother with court because I will LOSE if i take it that far its a waste of my time.

To make a long story short they are saying they will not be responsible for the damages of my car when it is clearly evident that my calipers were scratched after my alignment. I was wondering if you guys can give me some advice.

THANKS in advance you guys help is appreciated

Sounds like you shouldn't go back there anymore... There really isn't much you can do since it will be your word against his. Maybe you got lucky and it was just the clear coat on the caliper that got damaged. You could just clean them up real good, sand them a bit and reclear them.

the dealership scratched up my rims after getting the tires balanced.. really not that bad.. but my car was new and i was not happy.. needless to say.. they fixed it and they ended up giving me a rental since they didnt know how long it would take. If they are being a big ***** about it i dont know what you should do.....

First of all, just because the DM says theres nothing you can do about it and that you will loose, doesnt mean its true, however the question is will it be worth it for you, when all it comes down to is a scratched caliper. If I were you, I would park my car out in front of there shop with a sign saying that Big 10 SUCKS!!!! (or something of that sort), give them bad publicity, or something to smear there name, maybe they will think twice about it next time they try ans screw someone over. Just my 2 cents
