I think the guy was trying to sell the domain/application for some high price (10g's+)

So maybe its under new ownership and they suck now?

Good, this is your chance to cancel the order and save your money. Take that $400 and get a downpipe, MBC, and mail-in flash. You will gain about 40whp instead of losing 5whp.

Is "dealed" an actual word? Oh, and I would agree with Warrtalon and skip the intake.

I've communicated with the gentleman before, he is very busy and trying to sell the site/business. To the best of my knowledge, it's still on the market.

However, ditto on the intake, that's one of the last things you need.

I purchased a cat back exhaust from them back in August and the guy had real good communication. Answered all my emails timely and I got my exhaust in like a week. He also gave me a price match on it.

Yes, but then you just pay more to achieve the same result. Also, the tuning is just a bandaid to mask the problem that is caused by the intake. A tune will never change the fact that you're pulling in hot engine air nor will it remedy the turbulent air completely.

Also, until you bother to get tuned, you're driving around with a crappy setup. One of the worst things you can do is purchase and install an Injen intake and drive around with it. The last guy I saw do that was running 14.0 @ 94 and 14.4 @ 90 at CApitol Raceway while I was running 12.8 @ 106 with no mods except an S-AFC. Needless to say, he was surprised. The Injen looked nice, but the car didn't perform. The only thing worse is to have an Injen Intake and a VTA BOV as the first two mods. Ouch.
