Hmm.. What to do?

Well, let's just say my friend is lucky as S**T!!! He ran into a little money and wanted me to post this to ask you guys what you think. He has aprox. 7000 dollars to spend. He wants to know if he should either

A) Get an upgraded turbo kit for his evo

B) Get a car to drive so his evo wont be a daily driver and upgrade the turbo later on down the road.

I have an evo too and i told him to upgrade the turbo because that's what i am doing or he wont be able to keep up with me . But obviously my opinion isnt good enough. So, what do you think?

Buy a $500 beater & a turbo kit. So he has something to drive while working on the Evo.

the miracles of compounded interest.... Invest the money! If he has an EVO daily driver, he's already spending too much $$$ on transportation for an average person! Seriously, if you step up to a turbo kit, you'll have a lot of "other" things that need upgrading, and the $7k will go quick! Broken drivetrain parts will add up quick.
