Why for other cars it costs 190 and for the evo it is $325?

It seems mechanics think the undertray screws are worthy of power tools, so of course when I went to take it off every single plastic fastener was stripped. I ended up having to forcfully destroy half the fasteners to get them off. Also, the tray itself is broken/cracked in many areas and would not go back on properly even if I had new fasteners. I would like to keep it on, as now parts of my fender liners are not attached to anything and rattle...but not as bad as the undertray itself was rattling before...

I really hate plastic flappy $hit held on with plastic screws like undertrays and fender liners because after a while they just get totally destroyed and never fit right.

I would be concerned about not having one...especially if you track the car. It does control and manipulate some of the airflow under the car.

It came off when I put on an aftermarket IC, and probably won't go back on until I sell the car.

Meh...if I feel something odd going on at high speed or I see my temps rise I'll worry. If not, oh well. There are a couple lines that might get hit by something, but they aren't really hanging way down below anything else to make them especially vulnerable. My eclipse didn't have anything like that and it seemed to get around OK.
