I just got the new and last issue of Speed from Road and Track. They ran a IX vs. the new Dodge Charger. The Evo was the MR and the Charger was the (425hp Hemi) RT. The track was Willow Springs. The Evo won with an rookie driver vs. the very experienced RT driver. The stats for the MR were 0-60=4.7, 1/4 mile=12.7. Nice 1/4 mile for the Evo. Heres the strange part. The RT ran 0-60=4.9, 1/4 mile=11.5! I figured maybe 12.5, but the article stated 11.5 in the quarter mile in another part too. There were no speeds for the 1/4 mile times, so I'm not sure what to believe? Too bad the Evo still beat it around the track by 1.25 seconds. Good article and mag.

Well, my fault for the repost. I guess I was in to much of a hurry, I hear the new VI's are quick though.

 

yea the vi's were very fast, and so are the new ix's
