hey guys, i got a friend thats looking to sell an 05 GG MR 22K mi. the only thing thats done is a carbon fiber lip and it will have brand new rubber when it goes. this car was very well maintained. do you thing its unreasonable to ask 25K. btw: reason for selling, is to get a silver IX MR. hes getting it for less than sticker from my father who works @ a dealership. open for price suggestions.

 

25k is what people pay for 03s still at dealerships, so yeah, I'm sure he can sell it for 25k. Hell, that's less than he can get as a trade-in...

 

I'd ask at least $29k...and you should get pretty close to it.

 

Yes. That's a great price! If the car is in the shape you say that's the best deal for a used MR I've seen. I need to get rid of one of the cars below quick so I can jump at one of these deals.

05 Evo with 22K miles?

 

Try Autotrader... 22K miles is kind of a lot of miles, but $25k is a great price. I'd buy it from him, but my estimated date of EVO purchase is June or July.

 

It has alot of miles for a 05 but the price is more than fair. He could probably ask for more but it would take him more time to sell.

 

Thanks not to bad for miles.. Alot of people put 20 to 30k in a year.

 

yaah i have same miles on my 05, just means that it has alot of highway miles!!

I think the old 12k per year is out the window. I dont know many who drive less than 16k a year...with most in the 18k range. I do about 20k but divide that up with the cars.

 

I was offered $29K trade in for mine with 9K miles (same car). That dealer was offering a new 06 IX for $29.5K. Therefore, I doubt the 13K extra miles will take thousands of dollars in value away from his. He should be able to get a little more and still sell it quick. Good luck.
