My question is should I install even If I don't get tuned?

You can install it without a tune. Should be no problem, but you WILL get more power if you get it tuned with just a tbe.

I'm asking because PD may or may not come to San Diego, I was buying the exhaust to have it tuned.

You don't need a tune to install a turbo back. You might pick up a little more power with tuning an exhaust, but nothing major IMO. It will still be perfectly safe because the EVO runs so rich from the factory.

i have a question... does the rnr dp o2 combo fit perfectly now? or are there issues? i knwo in the very very beginning people complained slightly, isolated incidents?
