Anybody know about the quality of AMSOil brand synthetic oil? I searched on the net a little bit and there seemed to be a couple places that bashed on Mobil1 saying how they were playing "catchup" to the quality of AMSOil brand. Is there any truth to this??

I recently stumbled upon a small local store selling a couple of remaining bottles for $4.50 a quart. It's 100% synthetic, 10W-30.

Too good to be true?
