Was it worth it? Anyone have buyers remorse?

The GG IX sure is purdy and I don't like the looks of the X at all. Hard to justify spending the extra dough though.

 

The IX has a bigger turbo. The MIVEC is excellent and spools the turbo much better. A flash, tbe, and intake can easily yield around 330 to the wheels. The IX is pretty much an EVOlution over the rest.

The X is jus a concept. Hopefully it won't look like that.

 

Definetly worth it. IX is an awesome car. Its also nice simply to have a new car.

I am ashmae to admit I had hard time pulling from my lady's Evo 9. Her car has:
3"TB,Dynoflash,CAI,MBC and my car has whatever I have on the signature.

The Evo 9 are amazing, they are fast with silly mods. The only thing that I can truly say that is much better is the Evo 8 MR compared to the Evo 9 5 speeds shifting.

There is a significant difference when going from the Evo 8 to the Evo 9 with similar mods, the Evo 9 feels a bit faster.

I went from an 8 with everything up to 264's and I love my IX so much more.

 

Got my IX two weeks ago, now i want to go to work just to drive the car!

 

i have intake, exhaust, tein s-techs, and im going to get my downpipe and boost controller tomorrow. Im hooked and its definatly worth it
