opinions on the evo RS

Well, as of now I have a pretty built acura rsx-s that has kept me happy for a while, but I am ready to move on. this choice was because of a race set up between myself and a new MR. While I did beat him from a roll, he was stock, and I have alot of time, effort, and money put into mine. Not to mention the fact that I have hit the ceiling going na, and all he has to do is get a TBE and a reflash and it would have been over. my choice has been brought down to the evolution, but I am not sure which one. I did some research, and I know that the 05+ is up on some power, but my price range isnt too high, so I have to watch out for a high sticker price. That brought me to the rs. I want to know what you guys think of it. How is it not having the sound deadening material, and is there a radio, or not. I can afford this car, but I want to make sure that it is livable at the same time. thanks guys, and it is nice to be a part of your forums

Just depends if you don't mind cranking up the windows then walking around the car to make sure all the doors are locked. As for the noise you will heard the road and tires more. CD you cab always put in your own. And the most important is there (The AC).

I still think that the RS is the best deal, Plus it is the fasted out of all three.

If you want to add some of the luxury crap you can still do it reasonably cheap. There's a few Evo's at the wrecking yard.

I think you need the whole door panels and the motors for the windows and the "brain"

+1.. I got the RS so I would have the extra money to mod it as soon as I bought it. I love mine, put a nice stereo in it and your set.

cool, thanks guys. I think that I will install the power licks with the alarm, and leave it at that. I dont need power windows. So, what do you suggest for mods? My basic plan was a ecu, tbe, intake, and the hks 272 cams. what do you guys think>
