What would you pay?

I am trying to do a little unofficial research. I don't represent the company; I just would like to see them enter this market. I just want to get a feel for what people would pay for a complete OEM quality Carbon Fiber hood.

I work for a company that does oem design and has a strong carbon fiber process. They are not in the aftermarket yet, but with the industry as it is they seem to be a little more open now than in the past.

I am trying to see if I can find a business case for a line of CF parts like hood, fascias, lips, diffusers, and such at a very high quality and design level. I would expect the items to be OEM quality at least. Complete Carbon Fiber, no fiberglass overlays.

I just wanted to put out a feeler to see:

A: What would you pay for Very high Quality CF parts?

B: What types of parts are you most interested in?

Thanks for the input.

I am not a vendor, I am not selling anything, the company I work for is not a direct seller, I will not make a dime from any of your information.

A fiberblass CF overlay will cost you that much or more... I am talking about a complete Carbo Fiber outer/inner.

The hood would have to be lighter than the stock evo hood first of all. A lot of companies sell hoods for 500. not sure if seibon is completely cf or just an overlay, but if you make a hood that's completely cf, weights less, fits like OEM, i would probably pay 600-650. anything more wouldn't be worth the poundage lost.
