HELP: Noise while driving on highway....please read

Hello. For a few weeks now while driving on the highway (around 70-80mph) i've been noticing a slight noise from my right passenger wheel area. It sounded like metal clinking. I got an alignment done ysterday - and now its worse. It's on both sides now.. left and right front wheels. NOt particulary the wheels..but in that area. It comes from the strut mount area. Now it sounds like a stone grinding. It's really geting me worried I cannot figure out what the noise is. When I turn the wheel on the highway while going 70+mph...the noise goes away. But only while the steering wheel is being turned. When I go straight the noise comes back. I have no clue what it is. I have the Tien SS suspension...but I dont know how it could be the suspension. If anybody can advise me on what to do - i'd greatly apppreciate it. I tried to explain as much as I can. Thank you

The only thing I would do is take it back to the people who did your alignment and have them check it out. Or you could try it yourself.

Sounds like a CV joint...or a bearing or something. That's usually what it sounds like.
