FQ400 Question ...

Hey guys I did a search for this and got nothing relevent for what I was looking for. Dose anyoneknow where I can get a list of the different parts that are on the FQ400 vs a reg evo IX or VIII ?

I mean what parts did the UK Ralliart guys change out? I know its got a Motec on it and the obvious wheels mirrors and front lip but what else? What type of suspension what type of brakes, what type of engine mods ?

The Turbo is a GT35 on the FQ400. Its laggy, but has amazing power up top.

Watch it beat out a Lambo Murciallago here:

So if an Evo IX MR has say 350 whp or ~390 bhp... will it hold it's own against an FQ-400? The cost like 47,000 pounds to purchase, holy crap! My Evo 9 cost me roughly $31,000 and I added $1,800 in Vishnu mods to bring it up to around the 390 bhp mark. I'd like to think that we can basically have the performance of an FQ without having to pay the quid. Right?

suspension parts

I noticed that suspension components are not listed. Anyone know if FQ400 handles any differently from the standard evo?

I'm curious as to how you are coming up with these hp numbers?

I guessing it would ... they upgraded a little of everything else.

the reason the FQ is so expensive is that the dealer takes all the parts off when its timefor emmisions and swaps them all back on when your down with emmisions and thats for the lifetime of the car regardless of owners

They are probably not exact. I just remember Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear saying that the cost of a FQ-400 is around 47K pounds. It's on the Evo vs Lambo video that you can see off of video.google.com. I thought that it sounded crazy as well.

Edit: I just realized that you were asking about the hp numbers... those came from my conversation with Shiv Pathek over the phone.
