VIII & IX biggest difference?
I just picked up an 05 evo GSR (SSL) about a month ago, and I've read a lot on the forums, and people of course are posting very positive results from minimal bolt-on mods and flashing...
Why is the IX responding so well to mods over the VIII? It's kind of depressing to read such positive numbers when you JUST purchased a 05 VIII... Should I really be that nervous with my purchase? A Evo is a Evo.....right?

its just a revised car....not a big deal...newer is almsot always better...but its not worth kicking urself in the *** over.... if u spend an extra 500 on cams...ur right there with the IX minus cams....if u decied to do a turbo swap then theres no difference that i know of....
i was gonna get a 2005, but then i saw the seats in the IX and liked those much more than the blue seats... then i did some research and picked the IX
