Whats up fellas, well i was planning on keeping this car stock, but my parents just bought a new suv so they are giving me their old car, well giving it to my gf but shes buying another car, rents said "whatever, just take it". So now i have a reliable backup car so i can start doing things with the Evo. I have some money saved up, and some i still need to get, but these are the things i was thinking of. (note: this will be my daily, not a track toy, id like stealth, subtlety, discreetness, yet better performance.

- buschur deluxe fmic, upper ic pipe and lower ic pipe.
-intake
-apexi ws sport exhaust
-Greddy type s bov
-Not sure which boost controller, thinking blitz sbc
-greddy oil pressure and boost gauges
-hks rs full coilovers, ive been told best for adjustablity and ride (i want something -comfortable, not spine breakingly stiff)
-orbital double din kit
-evo7 tails
-some sort of tune.

thoughts? opinions? comments? suggestions?

For a daily driver, stick with springs/shocks.

MOST of the time, a coilover choice in the price range I'm thinking you are going will provide a bone crushing ride.

Some people don't care, however, so follow your best instincts.

 

yeah, ive been searching all day. i think springs and shocks will be good, but im not sure on which springs would look best, but im searching right for pics.

Tanabe GF210 springs!! As for performance search and youll see the warrtalon/buschur stage 1 package or those mods will be the best.

 

Your post is too vague. What do you mean by better performance? How much do you have to spend?

imho, a good starting point would be a flash, exhaust, lowering springs.

 

Nice list. Let us know how the hks rs full coilovers are.

 

*If you are not going to track the car there is no reason to touch the suspension. If you only care about looks just get springs and save you're money.

For power on a budget I would do the following:

Bushcur or AMS TBE
K&N drop in, AMS or Buschur Maf Pipe with filter
Cams
Alky injection
Tune
