Green/yellow penant decal on rear?

What does it stand for and where can you get one? I tried to search, but since I don't know what it is called, really didn't help....

This one? New Leaf

If not that, I have no idea what you are talking about.

New drivers have to display the green and yellow beginner symbol (shoshinsha mark), also known as the young leaf symbol (wakaba mark). If you notice that a driver has one of these marks, please be a considerate driver and treat them with special care. Do not tailgate (follow too closely) or change lanes suddenly.

Taken from MAchV's website.

Yeah, really. And most of all the "Old Driver" stickers. Holy hell there are a TON of old farts driving really poorly in my neck of the woods.

If it makes you feel better, I live right next to "Leisure World" retirement community.

The old fogies run into each other and other innocents all the time. Its as dangerous as the parking lot at the local DMV.

^^ That's because Subaru drivers all drive like dumb 14 year old kids that took their parents car for a joyride. JUST KIDDING!!! Weird thing happened to me yesterday on the subject of young and old drivers. Guy pulls up next to me in the parking lot as I'm about to leave Circuit City and says "beautiful car!" I look around, look at his car and see that it is a white STi. The guy looks about 50-60. He starts talking about how he got a downpipe and is waiting for his mail in flash and how his car will be putting down around 320 to the wheels. Says he'd like to meet me at the track come summer time. I tell him exactly this "I would if I drove an Evo man." He says "That's not an Evo!?! What kind of car is that?" I say "Lancer OZ. Wish I could afford an Evo. Later dude." Then I drove away thinking "He must of wanted to feel young again."
