yeah, here's the key: "The recovery is driven by...the reduction of...warranty spending."

yeah increased buying of cars due to the fact they offer a great warranty they have no intention of honoring if it costs too much

Cool, I see that only supporting like 1 out of 1000 evo warranty claims has been paying off

Saving 65 million a year by dropping Donny Deutsch's advertising company(red man commercial fame) probably didnt hurt either! Sometimes a lemonade stand just needs a marker and some cardboard. Since the Evo came out commercials didnt need to sell cars at D-star USA it seems. Over 30% of MMUSA vehicles sold are Evo's variants and a US Evo commercial doenst exist that Ive seen? ...just word of mouth and magazine accolades.

Evos make up less than 1% of their amount of cars sold per month, look at their quarterly reports

I've seen a new commercial with the Evo IX, Eclipse and the upcoming Evo X. It's just a few quick shots of the cars hauling a$$. Looks good though.

I wonder if Montero or Eclipse owners get their warranty work done without first being interrogated by the service manager. I've been told so many things by service during my scheduled maintenance...the JDM MR BOV voided my powertrain warranty, my cat-back exhaust did the same, and even a K&N drop-in can throw off the engine's timing. I wonder what they'll say now that I have a TBE, flash and cams.
