i know the clutch is suppose to make all kinds of sounds, but idk i feel the need to ask anyways......when i let off the clutch slow out of first it makes a howling sound for maybe a second.. does this happen with any1 else? should i be worried?

its normal with the twin clutch. I have that same noise as well. If you blip the throttle a bit and let it slip slowly you can grab the clutch without it making that sound..

 

btw someone here said the sound went away after about 5k miles on the clutch.. my friend has the Ralliart twin and his makes that noise as well

 

cool cool thanks....i know what clatter is...but this is a new sound that started around 500 miles...it wasn't from day 1 so thats y i got worried....i wanan fix somethign be4 it fails....so it doesn't break other things too

 

I've got the same noise with my Exedy twin. There was a previous thread on the same issue. I haven't had any adverse affects, yet, but I can't wait until it goes away.
