Angry Lancershop is getting on my nerves

Just needed to post this... I am an active duty Army guy stationed in Germany and just like anyone, I have done plenty of searches and called numerous vendors to get the best deals possible for shipping and costs.. LANCERSHOP was top on the list, but recently I feel like I'm getting the shaft with these guys.. I have dealt with them at least two times previously and never had a complaint. I paid ($900+)for my stuff on 31 March and rcv'd 1 box out of a possible 3 since.. I have sent 3 emails with no response in the last 3 weeks.

I know others are having similar experiences on this forum, but wanted to know has anyone rcv'd any compensation or closure for this type of stuff? Being overseas and 8 hours ahead doesn't help either, so if anyone has a direct email to someone other than customer service would be greatly appreciated.

thanks, ahead of time, for your help

~UPDATE~
finally got an answer - refund - and I'm done with them.. thanks all for your help. I love this site

It may be the APO system. I ordered some stuff a while back and it took months to get here. Unless its 90day they really wont do anything for you.

What part of Germany are you located? I'll be in the K-town area this weekend and the 1st of the month.

Try PMing Jason from Lancershop. He always has helped out in the past.

Yes - PM Justin, he will fix this right away. I am the same boat as you - overseas military and had the same problem. It isn't Lancershop, it is the postal service; more specific, it is the military portion from where the USPS drops it off (for me in Cali to go to Korea.) If you just let him know, he will get this all straightened out.

I remember when i bought my UR test pipe and 3 inch gasket, my test pipe came but not my gasket, had to wait an extra week and a half, kinda made me mad but it came.

So from this thread I'm coming to the conclusion that lancer shop wont send all your stuff at once, instead they send a few boxes a few weeks apart...

Regardless of it being the post office or not, they should answer his emails. My girl tried to surprise me with a CF hood from them last X-Mas and I never got it because the people in the 1-800 number where so utterly unhelpful to her that she ended up getting me other stuff... and she knows how to order car stuff for me because she's ordered me a bunch of goodies.

Try Jason as stated, usually a quick response and problem solved.

I had a set of mud flaps on backorder for 3 months or so, every time I e-mailed to check the status they got back to me in less than 4 hours. Finally I decided I did not want to wait for the flaps, called them up and changed the order to a fuel pump and I received it within 2 days. They've always been extremely easy to work with as far as I've delt with them.

Never had a probl. with them personally..stuff was received promptly.

I suggest not relying on e-mail. I know the time difference is jacked up but its doable. Call them to order. Get verbal confirmation its in stock, place the order and ask for tracking to be e-mailed within 24 hrs.

I think as a whole many people are ordering online and leaving it at that. I know for a fact that a lot of this stuff is not in stock or its drop shipped - you would never know that ordering online.

Pick up the phone to order, thats my advice. Call back in 24 hrs for status. Never rely on them getting back to you.

PMing Jason will work, but if its been shipped theres nothing he can do except wait or file a claim.

For us military the APO system can be a blessing and a curse. I once waited 3mons for a birthday card from my mom.

Edit:For those that dont know how the APO system works, no matter how you ship mail it all goes to a New York port. If it shiped priority it might get on a plane that day or the next. If not it goes by weight and space available, and then on a boat. So if it was shipped non-priority and it heavy its somewhere in the Atlantic. Trust me I've been dealing with the APO system for almost 20yrs and have seen it all.

Oldschoolevo, I am in Stuttgart.. I remember talking to you back in November of last year.. I asked you about how the tracks were and if you knew of anyone who did custom tunes here.... I have also posted a thread in the European forum for potential wannabes in the tune/flash department.. anyway PM anytime

Do doubt..take care of the HHGs. As far as a tune I just got my Evo back from these guys http://www.colsoul-rallysport.be/ . They do tunes but they like to keep the cars as stock as possible. I can ask them where in Germany to get a tune.

You can ask these guys http://forums.mightymustangs.net/ Its a bunch of Ford guys but there cool and 90% Military and in your area. They just had a dyno day for all of them so I know they can put you in the right direction.
