not really all that but u know showin off some of ur welding skills or at least trying it. To show people you custom made manifold and stuff like that. i trying to find a Evo8 head flange and a Standard Rotation Mitsu Flange, so i can build myself a custom 20G manifold for my 8.

I also like this idea...people could post pics up of custom work, share ideas, cad files for diy, it would also help organize information so its not so scattered throughout the site.....Plus proff. could offer tips and critique beginner welders work, maybe help them improve there skills. Could be a good addition

 

I dont see any reason they couldn't toss it in the advanced section. Would be a great idea. The only problem I could forsee is people stealing other peoples ideas for designs and trying to make money themselves with it.

Ur right about People going to try and steal other peoples idea. But it happens and its hard to stop them. Not only do i own a Evo but i also own a turbo civic and ive Seen People copy other peoples work on manifolds. Like Full-Races Ram Style when they came out with that it they were LIKE HOTCAKES then people started to copy it. Then i got a EVo and saw RnR's manifold i was like D@mn evos got them too? IM NOT SAYING RNR stole it! i am just using there manifold design as a expmale. im surpised that no one has actually done it here. thats all i see it all over the HONDA boards. people coming out with manifolds.

All i want to do is make a custom 20G manifold for my 8 and Have some of ur thoughts on it. i mean the welds arent going to be perfect but they should be decent. Not a GANGSTA welder yet, im still learning.
