WRC roof scoop

So, i recently got my roof scoop with functional inner air vents. Rear window vents are arriving soon to decrease pressure inside cabin. I was about to drill a hole in the roof but i chickened out. So at the moment it is just held by strong adhesive just for show. Need opinion if i should go ahead specially from those who have it.
I know it now looks like a taxicab, but i need fresh air without dust coming inside.

if you are going to go that route, i suggest having it painted to match your car... then have it molded into the roof after you go ahead and drill it... i wouldnt have the nutts and bolts too cut up my roof (specially since it is not structured for moon roof) but then again if it turns out to look cool, your one step ahead of the others soooo get it molded, painted and go all out with a bodykit to go with it.... have fun with that, just dont drive to fast in the mean time, because its like a wind sock on your car

I agree with Peteypab in that you should get it painted. It looks good, but those mud flaps....I tink those are hardcore.

Thanks for all your input.
I have ordered them through several suppliers. Some coming from as far away as New Zealand and UK.

Go for it from a looks perspective. You already rock the Xpensive flaps so get the Ralliart Mirrors, do your rear wing sides black or strip down to CF, to get an ongoing theme and maybee a IX rear bumper to make more of the car interesting to look at all around.

I wouldnt mind a black one for my white/black themed RS eventually.

But these are original mitsubishi ralliart parts. Why would i put an STI's roof vent in an evo? My car would get allergies.

I think the real question is why would you put a roof scoop on the car to begin with ???

Not my cup of tea at least, but man if you like it more power to you!
