A friend just handed me the Spring 2003 issue of MAX Power magazine. The feature on the cover a 715 HP EVO VII

The car is by Norris Designs, a Brit tuner. They claim the car has a 218 mph top speed There is an article about it too, as well as lots of other car related articles, ads, etc. Of course, it is alittle distracting to read and you don't want to leave the magazine leying around where folks who object to lots of skin will see it....

 

MAX power is the ****!!! I actually have a subscription to it. **** and cars and brittish humor....good ****...
