Ok! For all of you who have been waiting, and for those of you who were at the shoot, the US EVO 8 commercial is done. I spoke with Kristen from Deutch (advertising agency) this morning, and she said it would be out of final editing today or tomorrow. It will air early next week for sure. The spot was supposed to ship yesterday, but they were still finishing the editing. How many of you were there, and what did you guys think of the day/night?

 

How bout some details?? Like, ya know... C'mon now...

Not only will it be ghey'ed up as you so nicely put it LanEvo but it will also target little teenie boppers who will see it on TV who will have from that moment yet to hear of the car and beg their parents to buy them one! I guess Mitsu is preparing for the summer to come, along with the release of 2Fast 2Furious. I better hurry up and get myself one before it's too late. I'm in a weird way slyishly happy that the Evos did not have as much sucess as these SOB dealers thought it was going to have, but like many things in this country, if you put enough hype into it, WATCH OUT because people will beg borrow and steal to have it. The lull is now, and I see no better time than now to place your *** in an Evo. I just forsee June 6th as the death to the exotic auora around this car. Sorry for the babbling, it's a bunch of thoughts just put together while at the same time I'm thinking about the 4 finals I should be studying for which I must take tomorrow.

In conclusion, anyone here on Staten Island or in the area have their Evo yet?? I would sure as hell like ot meet up some day if it is possible to see and hear the almighty Evo VIII!

 

I hope they dont preview a playstation as part of this commercial as they did with the webcast before
