Is there any other lip kits( front bumper lip) out for the Evo IX's?

APR makes one, although I can't find it on their site. Street concepts makes a replica of the Ralliart lip. Not sure other than that. Check bulletproofautomotive.com or gruppes.com

why lip kit?

 

Lip kits are simple I dont want anything to drastic. The Stock front bumper is HAWTNESS the way it is, changing it would be worthless. That's like me putting on some cheap rims on my 9 replaceing the BBS stock Rims.
