Dealership Technicians know ***

Another Dealership problem i could use some help on. About a month ago the car's Transfer case starting howling like a banshee . Mechanic said "blown TC , take it to the dealer "

I figured well It needs new calipers any way from the cracking peeling brownbo's . I get it towed in to LONG BEACH MITSUBISHI , 2 days later they come back with

"we've got bulletins here from mitsubishi saying that its normal for the TC to howl that loud and the calipers are peeling from brake fluid "

W.T.F ??!

Now what the hell do i do?>

Dealers suck...have him show you that TSB on the TC. And there is one for the brakes.

Try going to another dealer.

Where are you located? Maybe the regional forums could direct you to a reputable dealership because, needless to say, that tech was feeding you a load of crap.

i can understand you are upset about problems at your dealer.......but do not put us all in the same group, because i do all i can to help you guys out at the dealer im at.......so dont think we are all stupid!!!!
i have helped some guys out and i try to understand each evo owner problems, but i can tell you that when some one comes in and says you fix this and that with an attitude.....then you may have problems, especially if your car has mods....understand???
and some guys need to understand that tech dont make the rules we only play by them.
sorry to vent but im tired of people saying all dealer techs are stupid, i have been with mitsubishi since 1991 and im ASE master and certified, iam not bragging or anything, im only saying i think i know these cars well
again sorry to vent, but that rubs me the wrong way
