I've had the thing installed for, hrm, about a year. Just did an oil change, plenty of oil, new filter, etc, etc.

Turn on the key, the thing does it's sweep check, and pegs at like 20-21 psi. Hrm. The car isn't running. Start it up, (does the sweep again, like normal), 20-21 psi. greeeeeeeeat. Gauge doesn't move at all when revved, (oil pressure rises).

Get under, nope, still in, no leaks, plenty of oil, no broken wires, nothing wore through.

Get inside, tap on the gauge, no love.

Any suggestions? I'm thinking maybe something electrical, but for it to go funky right after an oil change where it wasn't touched... kinda weird.

I'd really rather not tear into it tonight, but an oil pressure gauge is kinda nice when on track

Check the sensor and ground wires. I had a similar issue with my defi egt, and after i went through and cleaned up the wiring a bit and adjusted the cable from the probe it went away. Not sure if that will work for you, but its worth a shot.
