recently i was in alabama... was sitting at a light next a minivan, again i saw the cop sitting on the other side of the minivan, i rev'd my engine prior to seeing him a couple times maybe to 4 or 5 grand and that was about it, i took off again, going through each gear slowly, i was in 4th gear doing 45 mph when i was pulled. i asked the officer what i was being pulled over for, a very very hot cop by the way, she said i thought you were going to street race. LOL, i said well clearly i didnt, i usually save that for the track anyway. She said, well in AL, you dont have to actually be street racing to get a ticket for it, you just have to show that you were attempting to. I said how the hell does that hold up in court... you say no judge he wasnt actually street racing, but i can tell it crossed his mind so i gave him a ticket. she let me go with a warning after a few minutes of conversation. just made me laugh with that whole you dont have to actually be street racing to get a ticket for it.
that is rediculous!haha she pulled you over because she thought you were going to street race! oh and goodluck with the red lobster date!

Wrong wrong and wrong again, do you have any idea what kind of liability and saftey nightmare would follow allowing people being pulled over to get out of their car on the side of a busy roadway, get in a position to access a squad or in a position for flight/fight?

Actually it's a female friends mother. She called me today and said that i need to sign a waiver for the lawyer to go to court on my behalf. She's coming over tonight(friend not the mom). When i was on the phone she asked when we were going out and i told her whenever she wanted just to let me no, i asked if she wanted her daughter(friend) to come with us and she said hell no its just you and me baby....It's cool that's she getting me out of the ticket, she also said that i owe her one...whatever that means. She's not a milf but she is one cool a$$ mom.

last i knew the guns can be taken out of the car.

one way to do this is ask the cop to show you the last time the gun was tested. there radar guns have to be certified every so often. most the time there not up todate. of course this is during the court period. had a friend who did this cause teh cops gun was like 6 months over due for calibration.

Cordless units, of which I've never seen one in a squad. Then again I don't pay that much attention to them. I have seen em on bikes though.

I knew a guy that was given a ticket in SC. State trooper gave him the ticket, but he got out of the ticket because the trooper didnt have his hat on. He was not in full uniform so the ticket was dropped..That something to keep in mind the next time any of you guys get pulled over..
